Over the past 30+ years, I have held just two positions, one for a large national company and another for a private company. In both, I managed numerous employees while leading each to millions in profit. With the natural ability to lead and negotiate with honesty and integrity, I (we) knew it was time to put my expertise to work operating my OWN business. Real Estate was a natural fit! I have a strong desire to serve my community and others. I’ve been blessed to be a blessing and I pray my life can make an impact.

What qualifies me? Not only my professional background but also my portfolio. I and my wife (Rebecca a REALTOR too) have bought and sold several primary residences, bought and sold investment property, lost a home in the big housing crisis, rebuilt our credit, and learned how to maneuver the market. We understand the home buying and selling process, we know the changing market, and we relate to you! 

To add, we’ve worked closely with lenders to understand the different loan programs available to buyers with low credit, great credit, large down payments, or little to no down payment. Each scenario is unique and we are qualified to walk alongside our clients during the process.
